TE.M.A. S.p.A. has established an internal channel for reporting violations that have come to light in the workplace,
in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 24/2023.
Employees and self-employed individuals, contractors, independent professionals and consultants, volunteers and interns, shareholders, and
individuals serving in roles related to administration, management, oversight, supervision, or representation.
Reports may also be submitted during the hiring process, the probationary period, and after the employment relationship has ended.
The violations listed in paragraph 4.2 of the procedure.
Through the dedicated platform, which is available 24 hours a day, either in writing or via voice message.
You can also use the platform to request a face-to-face meeting with the Reporting Manager.
Reports are received by an external, independent administrator.
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days and a response within 3 months.
The identity of the person making the report is kept confidential, and any form of retaliation is prohibited.
In the cases provided for in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 24/2023, reports may be submitted to the National Anti-Corruption Authority:
